As a result 80% of the employees were certified, employees got more engaged and sales were going up.

Learning within Hunkemöller is experienced as boring and employees are not provided with enough educational materials. Hunkemöller wanted to deliver a more fun experiences for their employees.

The Idea
We started ideating end ended up with a gamified learning experiences where each level could be scored. The logic behind earning points had to be very clear, so we created a flowchart and wireframe in advance to have clear business logics and foundation for the viual design.

We created an Academy with four learning interventions as starting point. These interventions had a strong focus on storytelling and were accessable via Hunkemoller tablets in store.

My Role
For Hunkemöller I was responsible for translating the clients requests into an interaction design and prototype. I briefed the visual design to an external agency. The actual implementation of the content and launch of the new feature happened under my supervision.
