For the Squerist team we facilitated a workshop with purpose of gaining insights into the current bottlenecks of the recruitment process and to determine a direction to strengthen Squerist's (online) presence. We followed the double diamond and defined 18 challenges that would be driving the project. Based on these challenges our first deliverable would be a new website & styleguide.

Styleguide
Since the existing styleguide was out of date, we realised a new one based on Squerists core business and promise. Orange would still be the primary color, but we enriched the styleguide with an improved logo and better typography. We also added icons and illustrations.

The end result is a modern website that conveys who Squerist is. It is developed for both desktop and mobile and makes use of a CMS for content editing.

Together with another designer we lead the creative process and were responsible for the overall design of the website. Next to that we guided Squerist is how to launch the new website. We also delivered a Bluebook with brand instructions.
