Continuous Discovery
The target audience includes internal customer success managers and marketing performance managers at client organizations. My goal was to gather as much insight from them as possible, but their limited availability, particularly on the client side, posed a challenge. To address this, I introduced Continuous Discovery. This method involves regularly engaging with users through brief interactions. A mix of short user interviews, shadowing, and usability tests proved to be highly effective. In total, I conducted over 15 interviews, 8 user tests, and 1 shadowing session.

I did concepting in lo-fi format, using my wireframe Figma library. With this library I could easily and at speed create concepts and prototypes to validate with our internal stakeholders and end-users.

Since we were building a self service platform from scratch, we saw a need for documenting all design decisions in a design system. The result is a self service platform that is still in development as of today. The platform supports the Aimwel customer success managers, by saving up to 25% of their time on daily tasks.
